Data from EverFi’s Sexual Assault Diagnostic Inventory (SADI), as well as a significant body of research in the prevention field, reveals that campuses with effective comprehensive prevention plans demonstrate achievements in four critical domains: fostering campus-wide institutionalization; strategically engaging in critical processes; developing and enforcing strong policies; and implementing data-informed and research-based programming.

But what do these prevention practices look like in the real world? What is the path to achieving excellence in these prevention areas? What are the lessons learned, and what challenges remain?

Join Holly Rider-Milkovich, Senior Director of EverFi’s Campus Prevention Network, for a practical, strategy-filled webinar featuring:

– Meg Bossong, Director of Sexual Assault Prevention and Response, Williams College, discussing how Williams’ College has institutionalized sexual assault prevention

– Laura Luciano, Assistant Director, The Office for Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance, Rutgers University- New Brunswick, discussing how OVPVA engaged critical processes to develop, implement, expand, and rigorously evaluate their successful bystander intervention program

– Amanda Childress, Associate Director, Student Wellness Center, Dartmouth College, discussing efforts to revolutionize sexual assault educational programming at Dartmouth

  • Identify key components of an effective comprehensive sexual assault prevention plan
  • Describe how each campus implemented key components of effective prevention practices into their sexual assault prevention efforts
  • Recognize and evaluate different strategies for implementing key prevention components on campus
