Campus Prevention Network

The Campus Prevention Network is committed to elevating the visibility of member campuses that demonstrate commitment to the highest standards of prevention. To be recognized as a participating member of the Campus Prevention Network, campuses must take a pledge to assess their efforts and strive towards best practice across four key areas that are central to effective prevention.

Robust, population-level primary and ongoing prevention training

The values and expectations of the institution, and the system of accountability to uphold them

Critical Processes

Strategic, collaborative, and data-driven prevention planning

Campus-wide buy-in, visible commitment, and meaningful investment in prevention

As part of this commitment, pledge-taking Campus Prevention Network members will commit to participation in at least one diagnostic inventory to assess and support prevention efforts. These diagnostic inventories focus on sexual assault prevention and/or alcohol prevention efforts at your institution. They are comprehensive, research-based assessments designed to identify prevention strengths, uncover opportunities for improvement, and benchmark efforts against leading institutions nationwide. The powerful benchmarking analysis gleaned from these inventories will support members in making breakthrough progress in prevention.

A list of participating Campus Prevention Network schools will be published annually to highlight committed member institutions, and exemplary prevention work will be featured and awarded each year at the Campus Prevention Network Annual Summit.

To gain access to the Diagnostic Inventories and take full advantage of the benefits offered through membership in the Campus Prevention Network, we are asking institutions to do the following:

  1. E-sign a pledge to assess your efforts and strive towards best practices in prevention
  2. Complete a brief member activation form that will assist in identifying opportunities to best support member institutions
Upon completing the form below, you will receive a confirmation email welcoming you to the Network and providing instructions for accessing the Diagnostic Inventories. Members may also receive additional communications as new Campus Prevention Network resources, events, and updates become available.
